Active cases
Every open matter you can see. Opening a case loads its Workbench. Completed matters move to Opinions.
Each stage is derived from the case record, not typed by hand.
Approvals
Opinions waiting for a decision. Opening a case loads the Workbench, where the draft is approved or returned with comments.
Clarification has no action yet. Approve and return are the only decisions in this list.
Opinions
Opinions sent to the bank and matters that are closed. After completion the case, its opinion versions, the decisions and the audit trail stay; no client document is kept.
Masters
One block per bank, with a row for each property type: the drafting template in use, or Not supported yet, which intake refuses. Under it, the bank's branches, which intake offers. No bank is added here; banks are set up by configuration.
Config & LLM models
The provider, the models in use and the limits are changed here. The gateway key is set in the environment file, and this page only shows whether it is set.
Users & offices
Who can sign in, and where. The administrator holds no approval authority.
Audit & reports
The trail of what was done, with names and numbers only; never a document.
